Job Description We are looking for a Senior AI Model Testing & Validation Engineer to lead validation strategies for AI/ML models deployed on edge and embedded devices. The role focuses on model accuracy, robustness, drift, AI safety, and real-world performance under Bluetooth and connected-system constraints.
AI/ML Validation
  • Test and validate ML, Deep Learning, and Edge AI models across the full lifecycle
  • Apply evaluation metrics, statistical validation, and error/drift analysis
  • Build automated validation frameworks and reusable test harnesses in Python
  • Assess bias, fairness, and explainability using SHAP, LIME, and similar techniques
Bluetooth & Connectivity
  • Validate AI performance under real-world Bluetooth Classic and BLE conditions (latency, jitter, packet loss, interference)
  • Apply deep knowledge of Bluetooth protocols, pairing, security, and power management
  • Run interoperability testing across chipsets, stacks, OS versions, and devices
  • Perform protocol-level debugging and connectivity performance analysis
Edge & Embedded AI
  • Validate on-device inference on constrained systems (MCUs, DSPs, NPUs)
  • Test quantized and compressed models for latency, power, and memory efficiency
  • Apply system-level understanding of AI integration with firmware and connectivity stacks
MLOps & Governance
  • Support MLOps pipelines — CI/CD, model versioning, monitoring, drift detection
  • Define validation standards, acceptance criteria, and go/no-go metrics
  • Produce validation documentation for audits, certifications, and compliance reviews
Candidate Expectations
Must-Have
  • 6+ years of experience in AI/ML, embedded systems, or connectivity testing
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, AI, or related field
  • Proven expertise validating AI/ML models across the full lifecycle, from experimentation to production
  • Hands-on experience with Bluetooth Classic and BLE, including real-world connectivity validation
  • Strong Python skills for building automated validation frameworks
  • Working knowledge of MLOps practices — CI/CD, versioning, monitoring, drift detection
Nice-to-Have
  • Experience in medical devices, wearables, or IoT ecosystems
  • Familiarity with Responsible AI or model risk management frameworks
  • Experience validating multimodal or sensor-fusion models
  • Familiarity with edge accelerators and real-time operating systems (RTOS)
